POSITION: Reception and Marketing Assistant Summer Student
DEPARTMENT: Marketing and Communications
LOCATION: North Bay
REFERENCE: 800-06-25
SALAIRE: $17.30/hour

MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supports the reception staff at the corporate head office with occasional coverage which consists of answering the phone and greeting guests
- Provides sales support for promotional merchandise
- Assisting the department with special events, promotions, communications activities and creative work.
- Summer Term: May to September
REQUIREMENTS: - Must be registered for school in the Fall of 2024 and provide proof of attendance for the 2024-2025 school year
- Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic
- Familiar with computers
- Friendly and willing to learn
- Must be committed to health and safety
- Works independently with little supervision
- Bilingualism an asset
