The Opportunity
The Marketing Specialist will support the Senior Marketing Leader and will be responsible for implementing the company’s marketing strategy and programs. The purpose of the role will be to proactively develop and delivery high impact results and assist with growth opportunities in the customer centric programs.
The Role
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Marketing Leader, department team members, agencies and/or other cross functional teams to identify and understand current market conditions and requirements as they pertain to Wajax marketing efforts.
- Communicate effectively with regional leaders of the organization to foster customer centric initiatives.
- Deploy customer surveys post business transactions.
- Manage monthly dashboards and reporting.
- Regularly monitor and analyze incentive program performance metrics along with customer feedback to identify patterns, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimizing program effectiveness.
- Work directly with the Senior Marketing Leader to support on documentation, escalations, program updates, and communication with other teams and 3rd parties to assist customer needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch innovative incentive programs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop customer testimonials.
- Continuously measure general success of customer centric activities.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy and integration in all marketing and brand communications.
- Maintain a solid understanding of all company products, vendors, channels and capabilities.
- Facilitate content creation such as photo/video shoots.
- Produce standard and ad hoc reports and presentations.
- Support expense tracking against the annual Marketing budget.
- Support as required with coordinating other marketing activities on a regular basis.
The Candidate
- Education: University Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Work Experience: 5-7 years related experience.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of technology space including digital communication platforms.
