Production Manager

Job description

We are actively seeking an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee our manufacturing facility. You will ultimately be responsible for managing the team of production staff, ensuring each station is operating smoothly with strong output and quality. We are seeking someone with excellent decision making and problem-solving skills. This role requires a leader who can encourage maximum performance from personnel.

Responsibilities:

·         Creating a weekly/monthly production schedule focusing on maximum output and meeting customers deadlines.

·         Working with upper management to formulate objectives and requirements

·         Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed

·         Creating proper workflows at each station to ensure productivity

·         Determine and secure necessary resources for production (raw materials, adhesives, etc)

·         Supervise and evaluate personnel

·         Liaison with millwright to ensure equipment is maintained and calibrated on a regular basis

·         Focusing on quality assurance, performing regular audits of materials

·         Adjusting and creating policies and procedures for effective operations
