Job description
 Administration Key Responsibilities: 
-  Process Daily Download from Insurance Companies 
-  Identify & correct any discrepancies from the download 
-  Distribute Cancellations, Payment notices etc. received in download to Account Managers 
-  Troubleshoot download issues when they occur 
-  Process any manual billing as required 
-  Prepare Personal Lines policies to be sent to Insured’s – attaching invoices & letters if required 
-  Process Billing transactions for Commercial Lines policies 
-  Scan & attach edocs to SIG 
-  Prepare renewal/endorsement/new business letters for Insured & title pages 
-  Cover-bind renewal & new business documentation to send to Insured 
-  Create letters as required for Account Mangers 
-  Create & prepare new policy quotes/proposal presentations as requested 
-  Cancel/Lapse policies as required 
-  Set up new Customer file folders & customer profiles on SIG 
-  Scan & distribute memos received from Insurance Companies to Account Managers/Executives 
-  Ordering of office supplies: Stationary, Cleaning Supplies, Coffee etc. 
-  File paperwork & files accordingly as needed 
-  Distribute faxes when received 
-  Scan & enter claim notices into SIG 
-  Prepare & stamp daily mailings 
-  Answer the incoming phone lines, distribute calls accordingly 
-  Enter client payments into SIG, prepare weekly bank deposit 
-  Prepare mailings for daily ICS Courier pick-up 
-  Upload new business & policy changes to the appropriate company portals 
-  Sort daily courier mail, process accordingly
