Job description
We’re hiring a
Spa Manager at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Burlington to lead our outstanding team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced environment of at least 20 staff
- Sales experience of at least 5 years with proven ability to increase KPI's
- Strong customer service skills: 5-7 years experience preferred
- Effective organization skills, able to handle multiple duties simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible and available to work varied shifts (evenings and weekends)
- Professional communication skills
- Good oral and written skills
- Team building skills
- Self-motivated and works with autonomy
*Working at Hand and Stone * The Spa Manager is a full-time, permanent position, with variable hours up to 9pm, 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday. Salary range is $60,000-$65,000.00 per year, but can be commensurate with experience. We also offer group benefits and employee discounts.

You are calmly able to handle a very busy environment with many interruptions and yet find the necessary opportunities to coach staff in the moment or make a client feel extra special and welcomed to the spa when need be.
- A Natural Salesperson - You love sales, and are driven by opportunities to increase them, be it ensuring the appointment book is always full to coaching staff to increase service upgrades.
- Meticulous - You’re great with details, whether you’re scheduling or preparing rooms for our clients. Nothing gets past you.
- Experience Oriented - You have an inherent drive to serve customers and an innate ability to exceed their every thought when coming to the spa. You are an expert in customer service and always strive for perfection. You put yourself in the shoes of the client to ensure their experience is perfect at every touch point.
- Independent - No one needs to be looking over your shoulder because you’ve always got an eye on the next task. You’re organized, and you use that skill in everything you do.
