Qualifications & Requirements for Inside Technical Sales at Leuze:
- Educational Background : Candidates possessing a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, particularly with a focus on electrical automation, or those with a technology or technician diploma in the same field will be given priority. In place of formal education, we also recognize and value industry experience; candidates with over 5 years in a pertinent field, substantiated by a consistent track record of success, are encouraged to apply.
- Language Proficiency : Bridging linguistic gaps is crucial in today's Canadian marketplace. Bilingual proficiency in Quebec French is necessary to cater to our diverse clientele.

- Physical Requirements : Engaging in hands-on demonstrations and occasionally assisting at trade shows or technical fairs is integral to this role. Candidates must be able to lift and transport demonstration equipment weighing between 20 to 80 lbs.
- Remote Yet Connected : While this position does not provide a company vehicle, candidates must ensure they can transport demonstration and product line equipment as needed. This can be achieved either through personal vehicle ownership or the option to rent a vehicle. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for such travel, whether using a personal or rented vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license.
- Inside Sales Focused Attributes : Proficiency in communication tools, understanding of CRM systems, and a keen sense of virtual relationship-building are pivotal.
