Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing field, is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic.
- Read plans, diagrams and schematics to determine how to proceed;
- Install, align, dismantle and move stationary industrial machinery or mechanical equipment;
- Operate lifting equipment to place machines and parts during the installation, assembly and repair of machinery;
- Adjust machinery, repair, replace defective parts;
- Clean, lubricate and perform preventive maintenance on machines;"Assemble machinery and equipment, using hand and power tools and welding equipment, before installing them;
- Assemble dies on the presses, as well as their start-up;
- Collaborate in the design of manufacturing and modifying assembly machines;
- Work to continuously improve work methods and equipment.
Requirements:
- DEP in Industrial Mechanics OR 4 years of pertinent experience in ;
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems as well as programmable controllers
- Assets: Experinece with lifting equipment, experience in the manufacturing field;
- French, English (technical documentation).
