Position Summary: Elite Developments is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our residential and commercial projects. This role is designed for a results-driven professional who combines strong leadership skills with extensive knowledge of the real estate development process. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of our projects, ensuring they meet our standards of quality, innovation, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership : Lead the planning and execution of large-scale real estate development projects from conception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Management : Build, mentor, and lead a diverse project team of professionals, including managing third party architects, contractors, and consultants.
- Financial Oversight : Develop and manage project budgets, perform financial analysis, and ensure financial performance aligns with company objectives. Monitor expenditures and make adjustments as necessary to remain within budget constraints.
- Project Engagement : Maintain effective communication and relationships with all project stakeholders, including community groups, government officials, and team members. Negotiate contracts and manage conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with regulations, obtaining all necessary permits and approvals. Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact project development.
- Reporting and Documentation : Provide regular reports on project status, progress, and financials to senior management. Ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the real estate development industry, with a proven track record of leading successful residential and commercial projects.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and investment analysis.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the development process, including design, construction, and market launch phases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
