●       Act as the central point of contact for all information distribution regarding a project including extensive communication with the numerous project partners that may be affected by specific project activities.

o   Lead internal bi-weekly project update meetings.

●      Manage relationships with customers (general contractors and owners), while proactively resolving issues and enhancing company reputation.

●      Act as a trusted advisor to senior management by offering informed and insightful recommendations on new trends, potential problems, and opportunities.

What you bring:

●      Minimum five years of experience in construction project management.

●      Prior experience in commercial/industrial construction is mandatory.

●      Expert-level understanding of architectural and structural blueprints and specifications, with a high degree of technical accuracy and attention to detail.

●      Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

●      Highly organized with the ability to multi-task with ease, on 4 to 6 projects simultaneously.

●      Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a self-imposed desire to exceed expectations every day.
