Job description
Industrial Tooling Solutions Inc. (ITS) is a custom tool manufacturer in Waterloo, Ontario. Our goal is to deliver customer satisfaction by providing high quality products and reliable service at a reasonable cost.
Responsibilities:
– Set up and operate 5-axis CNC grinding machines to perform precision machining operations. Must have Walter or Anca experience.
– Program machines using Windows based software
– Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
– Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of parts
– Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards
– Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
– Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
– Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
– Previous experience operating CNC machines, Anca or Walter
– Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting engineering drawings
– Familiarity with quality control procedures and ability to perform basic inspections
– Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
– Attention to detail
