Retail Operations Coordinator (U.S.A territory)

Major duties and responsibilities include:
- Track & follow up daily, weekly & monthly stores visits.
- Management of the merchandising team across the country.
- Collection and analysis of data, preparation of monthly reports.
- Critical problem solving and organization of tasks between departments for project execution.
- Tracking and analyzing store shipments to ensure product is properly received.
- Understanding and relaying feedback from the front line to improve internal procedures.
- Proactive approaches to eliminate problematic trends
- Produce and Review Postmortem Reports in a timely manner
- Creation of operational plans and directives and provide support to ensure proper execution.
- Administrative tasks: managing emails and requests, filing files, sending, and creating related media.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in either Commerce/ Supply-Chain management/Administration/Fashion
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong organizational, research and analytical skills
- Must be detailed oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
- Traveling within the U.S
