Personal Lines Customer Service Rep
(Location: Stoney Creek, ON)
Job Description
- Minimum 5 years working knowledge of personal lines insurance policies and coverages
- Must be able to communicate well with customers and company underwriters
- Service existing personal lines portfolio
- Quote new business (on rotation basis)
- Upsell/Cross-sell of portfolio
- Process policy changes on insurance company portals
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work in fast paced environment
- Knowledge of SigXP & Applied Rating Services an asset
