Duties

• Generates leads for potential sales opportunities.
• Client contact and relationship management
• Actively recruiting, screening, sourcing and booking candidates for interviews Matching candidates to open positions and presenting candidates with job opportunities
• Executes on assigned tactical plan associated to the Business/Market Plan and formulates specific customer approaches in order to earn the customer's business.
• Guides, assists and supports in the development and implementation of sales strategies to generate new business; Coaches & monitors the sales opportunity

Qualifications

Min of 1 year sales/recruiting experience

Excellent communication, business development and customer service skills, including telephone manner

Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests, Excellent organization and time

management skills

Strong ability to remain patient and calm when under pressure
