*** New 6 months contract as a Funding Representative for a large automobile company - 100% remote ***

Remote only (with provision of computer equipment)
Position: Funding representative for a large international company in the automotive sector
37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday
Salary of $21$ (paid weekly)
Contract for 6 months (with high probablity of extension)

Responsibilities
-Process received documents related to problem files (electronic or paper) in order to complete the funding transactions without delays
- Handle inbound calls to assist and inform dealers and provide answers/solutions to their inquiries in order to provide an exceptional dealer service
- Pro-actively follow up with dealers for missing documentation related to problem files in order to complete the funding transactions without delays

Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and French);
- Attention to detail,

- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of accounting principles an asset
- Mastery of the Office Suite

Summary
