Guelph City Mazda, Guelph Nissan and Guelph Infiniti, providing a strong import presence to the OEM sales and service market, is seeking an experienced **General Manager** to lead the team to greater customer satisfaction and success. Today's retail automotive sales and service industry is dynamic, fast paced, challenging, exciting, and rewarding. This requires highly motivated and innovative people to help shape our business and provide superior customer service experiences in both sales and service.
We are seeking an individual with:
- A solid work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Process and detail oriented with the ability to design, implement, and manage workflow systems.

- Superior administrative skills.
- CDK working knowledge.
- 5 – 10 years previous automotive sales management experience
- Solid knowledge of the automotive service and reconditioning processes
- New and Used vehicle sales and service experience.
