Are you a Development Coordinator and looking to work for a Developer in which you can evolve your career working on full cycle projects learning the whole Development piece overtime. My client is a highly respected Developer in the downtown Toronto area. They are looking to add to their Development team with someone ambitious, passionate about planning and development and who has good business acumen.
If you enjoy coordinating all aspects of development applications and planning approvals, along with development project coordination and have the ability to assess various real estate decisions and you're a team collaborator then read on;
You would be working with the VP of Development and as the Assistant Development Manager, you will collaborate with both internal and external parties to support acquisitions, project visioning, planning approvals, and overall development management leading up to sales launch and throughout construction. You will be heavily involved in establishing and maintaining project-level budgeting, scheduling, and reporting and so will have the opportunity to immerse yourself fully into development processes across a portfolio of projects at various stages.
