The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Sous Chef to join our dynamic team!

Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef plays a pivotal role in ensuring an incredible culinary experience for members and guests.

The Sous Chef helps create and execute exciting dishes, assists with leading the Kitchen team, cultivates a team-orientated environment, and ensures that culinary quality is top-notch for members and guests. The successful candidate is eager to learn, passionate about cooking, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You understand the importance of consistency, ensuring each dish leaving the kitchen is -
exquisitely prepared to high standards.
You cultivate strong relationships with the team, encouraging them to try new things, learn, and grow.
You strive to ensure that members and guests leave with an unforgettable experience they will rave about.
You communicate effectively with staff and the F&B departments to help ensure excellence.
You work collaboratively to ensure the perfect dining experience is delivered every time, while maintaining excellent safety standards.

Qualifications:
2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef, or a senior kitchen role is desired.
Certificate as a Red Seal Chef.
Food Safe Certificate, required.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain organization and a positive attitude.
Great problem solving and communication skills.
Schedule flexibility to match demands, working evenings and weekends.

$65,000 - $70,000 per year
