1569322 ALBERTA INC O/A LIBERTY TAX SERVICES Located at 1109 17 AV SW, Calgary, Alberta, T2T 5R9 is currently looking for 1 full-time, permanent Office Administrator to join their team ASAP.

Job Duties:

• Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Carry out administrative activities of our company Liberty Tax Services
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies and forms

Job Requirement:

• Completion of Secondary School
• 1-2 years of experience is required

Terms & conditions:

Wages: $ 30.00 per hour for 40 hours per week.

Language Requirement: English

Position: Full-time, Permanent
