The Research and Evaluation Specialist is an integral part of e4c’s strategy team, providing expertise to co-develop organization-wide data and outcome strategies, improve organization performance, strengthen organizational capacity, and champion strategic alignment. This position values diverse perspective, clear communication, adaptation, and innovative thinking.
As the ideal candidate, you are well versed in various forms of evaluation, research methods, and outcomes measurements. As a skilled problem solver, you value a solution-based approach.
