As Lead Activities Designer , you will:
Responsibilities
Own and champion the design vision for Activities across the entire player experience, identifying clear goals & success criteria for the team
Translate vision into workflows, frameworks, and best practices that empower the greater Activity Design team in a live service environment
Ensure both qualitative & quantitative insights are translated into actionable plans and improvements
Work directly UX team to bridge gameplay vision with player experience expectations
Collaborate with other other disciplines to ensure that the gameplay experience is consistent and high quality
Manage & mentor Activity Designers
Own and drive the creation and iteration for content that sets the standard for the Activities Team
Qualifications

A college diploma in Game Design, Project Management, or equivalent (undergraduate degree an asset)
2+ years experience and 1+ shipped/live titles in a Lead Activities or Quest designer role
Experience with visual scripting (ex Unreal Blueprints), text-based scripting is also valid
Passion for fostering an inclusive and diverse, 'team-first' culture based on fun
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations.
