National Sales Coordinator

We're seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join our client's team. They are a rapidly growing CPG company that's taking the world by storm and grown to have products in major retailers across North America.

This position supports their leadership team and growth of their sales operations through administration, coordination, documentation, and preparation of key sales materials. You'll have the opportunity to create sell sheets, manage contract renewals, maintain product info and collateral across their brand. If you've got proven sales coordinator experience, have worked with Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, and are great at keeping organized, working in fast-paced environments and managing your time well, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in preparing key materials, presentations, and tailor this to different clients and sales contacts
• Develop sell sheets and make sure they are continually updated with product info
• Ensure accuracy of product info across all key channels
• Manage calendars for contract renewals, certificate updates, and ensure timely updates
• Manage the listing documents and keep info with vendors and distributors up to date
• Execute a detailed checklist for new customer onboarding
• Take on ad hoc responsibilities to support the sales leadership team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, etc.)
• Experience in a similar sales coordinator position
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience using Google Workspace products (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.)

Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

Bonus: 5-10%
