Recent changes in this organization have created the need for a new manager who can lead a team through the challenges of fast growth in a regulated industry.
This will be a chance to streamline processes, usher in new programs, add new people and help to build out the entire corporate infrastructure. There is a lot to be done but you will not have to do it alone. There is a supportive team and accessible executive group in place.
This will suit an experienced people leader who understands the constraints and opportunities of working in a regulated industry.
