Job description

• The SCM Services Contracts Administrator is responsible for drafting and administration of service contracts in accordance with Enbridge policies and procedures; conduct reviews and analysis of service requisitions; and acting as a liaison between business departments and suppliers.

• The responsibilities also include conducting spend analysis and preparing various reporting utilizing Excel and Power BI.

Specific Accountabilities:

• Prepare service agreements for review by legal counsels, the responsible SCM personnel and business unit; assist in the execution of service agreement

• Ensure compliance with SCM and enterprise governance requirements

• Maintain records in accordance with established policies and procedure

• Understand supply chain concepts, intelligence data, information sources, and latest advancements and effectively use these to recommend improvements to meet business needs

• Investigate and facilitate issue resolution relative to procurement activities as requested

• Demonstrate integrity, ethical behavior, trust, safety, and stewardship while driving to bottom line goals and profitability

• Act as a liaison between sourcing specialists and advisors and/or consultants and suppliers

• Provide training to the end user department personnel as required.

• Understand and participate in Supply Chain Management Department team initiatives.

• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Required:

• University or College degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field

• Five or more years of Supply Chain experience

• In depth knowledge of contract administration and drafting of Service Agreements. Experience as a paralegal is strongly desired.

• Working experience of ERP systems for PO creation (specifically, Oracle, SAP or both SAP and Oracle)

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent oral and written communications skills required including presentation skills

• Advanced mathematical and analytical acumen

Preferred:

• Supply Chain related certification

• Enrollment in the Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) / Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation program or equivalent is an asset

• Law Certificate or legal background

• Working knowledge of Power Bi
