Description of Position:
As an Operations Student, you will support various aggregate operations by assisting with physical labour, housekeeping, and other errands.
Locations:
Aberfoyle and Sunderland
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Administrative duties assisting the Plant Supervisors
- General housekeeping and outdoor maintenance, when required (grass cutting etc.)
- Travel to various locations delivering materials (location dependent)
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- 18 years of age or older
- Starting or returning to post-secondary education in the fall
- Ability to perform physical tasks outside
- Construction field or other labour experience would be an asset
- Valid G2 or G class license and ability to drive is an asset *locations are remote, so access to a vehicle would be needed to report to work*
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
