Position Information
Temporary position until March 31,2025 approximately
Rotation/Shifts
Days, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements
- Two (2) year community college diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- One year of previous experience in computerized staff scheduling;
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach;
- Demonstrated organizational skills;
- Demonstrated knowledge of the scheduling system and innovative problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrated ability to handle effectively conflict situations;
- Demonstrated ability and superior knowledge of ESP;
- Intermediate Word and Excel;
- Knowledge of all collective agreements;
- Knowledge of Position Management and position control, familiar with TOH programs i.e. knowledge of new hospital policies, familiarity with the function, performance and complexity of each unit and how they relate/affect one another;
- Demonstrated office management skills;
- Ability to train, guide the work of others and provide feedback;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Demonstrated training and presentation skills.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with TOH programs and knowledge of new hospital policies;
