Job Description:Job Description Overview: The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is responsible for identifying, targeting, and driving revenue growth across the company vertical services in the assigned geographical territory. The RAM will be responsible for nurturing growth across both new and existing customers by developing opportunities, strategies, and maintaining excellent relationships with all internal and external customers and stakeholders. This position will report directly to the Director of Business Development with overlapping accountability to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development. This individual works cross-functionally with multiple departments (Customer Service, Sales, Case Sales, Repairs, Finance, Training) to develop cross-departmental account-based strategies. The position will provide consultation to the Accounting and Customer Service departments, and well as the Executive Team during the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Analysis and Annual Budgetary phase. The position is responsible for representing and delivering the Nationwide Video 360 Brand Vision during client-facing engagements. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Develop and lead account-based cross-divisional business strategies to identify, target and realize established assigned regional and overall company revenue growth goals.Identify and develop new business opportunities for all company verticals.Represent and deliver all aspects of the company’s 360 value to customers.Maintain positive working relationships across all levels of leadership within customer accounts.Routinely interact and engage existing customers in both formal and informal settings to foster positive relationships and inform them of company offerings, programs, and opportunities.Qualify and on-board new customers prior to assignment to the Customer Service Team for quoting. Perform formal annual or bi-annual business reviews with key accounts.Provide concise monthly reports to the Director of Business Development and Vice President of Sales and Business Development outlining the information that they have gathered throughout the month from their interactions with the clients in their region, as well as other relevant industry and market related news and data.Consistently maintain accurate reporting and updating of customer information in the company CRM including but not limited to logging meetings, calls, tasks, and emails.Participate in annual budgetary process to establish regional growth goals and objectives.Monitor, assist and/or resolve any objections, challenges or issues across any area or department that has impact on the customer relationship.Participate in activities as assigned to support the management functions of the team.Support and provide input during CAPEX purchasing decisions. Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely used standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Other locations may include warehouse environments and are regularly exposed to heavy machinery and noise. Physical Demands: Walk, sit, stand, bend, lift, and move continuously during work hours. Is subject to lifting over 10 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours is work are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm.
