Position Overview
The Manitoba health system has seven health service delivery organizations (SDOs) across the province to serve the health needs of our population including CancerCare Manitoba, the Northern Regional Health Authority, the Interlake Eastern Regional Health Authority, Southern Health-Santé Sud, Prairie Mountain Health, the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority and Shared Health.
We have opportunities for change clinical leads across Manitoba in our various SDOs who will enable health-care system alignment by leading the coordinated planning and integration of patient-centred health services to ensure consistent high-quality patient care as defined by Manitoba’s Clinical and Preventive Services Plan. Change clinical leads will influence health service providers within the SDO to implement care pathways that effectively serve Manitoba’s population.

Physical Requirements
This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.
Please note that an employee is not permitted to hold two or more positions across the WRHA legal entity that combine to equal more than 1.0 EFT. The WRHA legal entity includes Churchill Health Centre, Deer Lodge Centre, Grace Hospital, Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg, Pan Am Clinic, River Park Gardens, Victoria General Hospital, WRHA corporate programs, and WRHA community health services. Effective April 1, 2024, Golden West Centennial Lodge will also be part of the WRHA legal entity.
