About You:
With a dynamic personality and a proven track record in sales, you are eager to further your achievements. Your self-motivated approach and ability to work independently with minimal supervision highlight your strong "can do" attitude and goal-oriented focus.
You possess comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings and services, enabling you to guide clients toward the most fitting choices and drive international insurance sales through both existing and new channels. Your role will involve expanding our distribution network, maintaining and enhancing broker relationships, and identifying new business prospects to increase sales revenue.
In this role, you’ll get to experience:
- Supporting partners in finding international benefits solutions, including offering alternatives to meet client needs and securing new business.
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
- Enhancing the current distribution network and broker/consultant relationships.
- Managing quotes for network partners and prospective clients.
- Collaborating with underwriters, account managers, and marketing teams.
- Conducting product webinars and participating in training presentations.
What you bring:
- Post-Secondary Education.
- Fluent in English, with French and/or Spanish being a significant asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Holds current LLQP Life Licence and P&C Licence (preferred).
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in group health insurance with exposure to expatriate benefits.

Additional Notes
- The hours for this position are 9 am-5 pm Monday through Friday.
- Additional hours may be required based on the needs of the business.
