Job description

Superintendent on a high-rise project in Surrey.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

Self-performing developer.
Has built in Metro Vancouver for 20+ years.
They have gradually increased the size of their projects and now focus nearly solely on residential and mixed-use tower projects.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Focus on site management including leading the trades, budget and schedule.
Work closely with the Project Management Team and Ownership to address any approaching challenges.
Review the drawings to address constructability issues ahead of time.
Ensure safety is treated as a priority on-site.
Ensure a high level of quality is maintained at all stages of the project.

THE REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

6+ years experience as a Superintendent on high-rise projects.
Minimum 1 high-rise seen from start-to-finish as the #1 Super.
Strong communicator.

Compensation

Salary: $135,000 to $180,000 (No contract relationships).
Benefits: Medical and Dental.

Discretionary Bonus
Vacation: 3 weeks vacation
