About the Company:
Our client is a Canadian-owned company that has been operating successfully for more than 20 years now. They are suppliers and specialists of wall manufactures. In addition, they are specializing in modifying, remodeling, and refinishing of wall systems ranging from hotels, schools, buildings, offices, to government institutions.
They are seeking a reliable Inside Sales Representative to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and maintain relations with new and existing customer base
- Generate leads by explaining and demonstrating company products and services
- Identify sales opportunities
- Responsible for data entry and making cold calls and follow ups to clients and potential customers
- Prepare and complete any documents associated with any orders
- Research and upsell products and services
- Accomplish sales and targets
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative
- Educational background in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field
- Possess a high attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office Software (Outlook, Teams, and Excel)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Able to work flexible hours
- Access to reliable method of transportation
