The Challenge Ahead
This exciting role offers a talented and experienced technical product manager the

on business impact and customer value
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure product
development aligns with product vision and roadmap

improve product features and user experience
• Manage product launches and product lifecycle, and ensure product meets
quality standards and security/auditing requirements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
o MBA or other advanced degree preferred
o Previous experience in software development is a strong plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven
track record of launching and/or growing successful products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to
drive decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

•Solid understanding of product development processes, including Agile

methodologies
• Experience in the software industry, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based
products
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor junior product
managers

We are a global team of creators, storytellers, technologists, experience originators, innovators and so much more. We believe amazing games and experiences start with teams as diverse as the players and communities we serve. At Electronic Arts, the only limit is your imagination.
