Job description
Are you strong with numbers? Do you have previous accounts receivable experience? Our client, a multinational technologies company, is looking to hire an AR Coordinator to join their team in their Oakville office.
Candidates with strong analytical and communication skills would be great for this role.

Responsibilities
As a AR Coordinator your duties will include:
•Resolving customer billing issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner
•Communicating regularly with the Sales team to ensure the accuracy of invoicing and customer account information.
•Generating and review accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
•Maintaining system of outstanding disputes on weekly basis.
•Maintaining customer accounts by updating contact information, payment terms, and credit limits as needed.
•Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts receivable reports and dashboards for management.
Qualifications
•2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
•Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
•High degree of accuracy and attention to details
•Support Accounting with related period end reconciliations and the audit requests
•Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and principles including fair credit practices and collection regulations
•SAP experience is preferred
