Job description

Are you a Total Rewards professional with a passion for numbers and a deep understanding of benefit plans? We're thrilled to announce a new opportunity for a Total Rewards Specialist in Windsor.

Reporting to the Manager of Compensation and Benefits, the ideal candidate should possess at least 2+ years of prior experience in benefits administration.

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Compensation Administration
- Support Rewards and Wellness Programs
- Support day-to-day Benefits Administration
- Ensure compliance with all related company and regulatory policies for compensation, benefits, and pension requirements

Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous experience in an HR function with a focus on benefit administration, talent and or compensation
