Job description
Our Client, one of Vancouver’s top Property Management companies, is looking to add a Strata Manager to their busy, growing team. The Strata Manager will deliver strata management services to buildings within their portfolio.The ideal candidate should have a preferred minimum of 3 years of experience. The portfolio will encompass strata corporations in the GVRD with unit sizes ranging from 50 to 200, and the portfolio size is expected to include 5 to 10 properties. The candidate will receive mentorship from a dedicated team leader. Competitive salary with a starting range of $75,000-$95,000 depending on experience
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Licensed Property Manager, you will lead the day-to-day activities of our varied properties, guaranteeing exceptional tenant contentment and optimal property functionality.
Managing a portfolio of properties
Building relationships both internally and externally, handling complaints, and communicating with clients
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
3+ years of experience as a Strata Manager
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret correspondence, directives, bylaws, government regulations etc.
Knowledge of property management principles, procedures, and standards as applied to strata corporations, including working knowledge of the Strata Property Act and Regulations, Real Estate Services Act, Regulation and Council Rules, privacy legislation and industry updates.
Ability to prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, and business correspondence.
Licensed Strata Manager.
Ability to use office equipment including intermediate knowledge of computer software Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with Yardi System or a similar software program is an asset.
Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
