Position: CNC Field Service Technician
Key Qualifications:
3+ years of hands on experience
Experience with any CNC controls (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, Siemens)
Experience maintaining fully automated equipment
Ability to use technical manuals and read blue prints (Mechanical & electrical Drawing)

Responsibilities
Install & commission new and used CNC machinery (Milling, Lathe, and EDM equipment)
Collaborate with team members & contractors as needed to complete installations and projects efficiently.
Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as gearbox and bearings, across all CNC equipment.
Perform basic electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
Provide training and guidance to clients on machine operation and maintenance procedures.
Document all installation and commissioning activities accurately for record-keeping purposes.
Qualifications
433A License (asset)
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Strong understanding of CNC programming and operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in CNC machining or maintenance are preferred.
Background in PLC and computer controls
