Sales Account Manager

The ideal candidate will be eager to achieve results, provide solutions to clients and problem solve on a daily basis. This individual should know the importance of being available for candidates and clients and be able to provide an exceptional consultative approach in the Talent Market. We are ideally looking for an individual who can support the growth of their book of business and has experience in a sales environment.

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business by providing excellent customer service and support to existing and potential customers
Build strong business relationships and learn what customers and candidates are looking for
Meet business expectations on a daily and weekly basis
Manage your business and work with budgets and reports
Updates notes in the system on a regular business
Problem solve and think outside the box in finding the right solutions!
Create synergies within the business and with other teams

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a combination of sales, business development and relationship management/customer service
Passion for supporting people, and working in the human capital/recruitment space
Ability to build long-term and trusted business relationships
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and team orientation
Computer and digital communication knowledge
Must have access to a vehicle for client visits (once out of the pandemic)
High-level aptitude and willingness for continuous learning
Must have the discipline, habits, and dedicated space to work from home successfully
