Position Specific Requirements/Assets
· Strong skill set/experience in documenting System Integration requirements
· Strong skill set/experience in Process Mapping
· Experience in Story Point Creation and Backlog Refinement
· Experience hybrid- Waterfall/Agile methodology’s an asset
· Experience in working with Third Party COTS Vendors an asset
· SAFe Certification an asset
General Position Requirements
Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation
· Investigate and prepare Integration Requirements that assesses and describes the requirements for a successful data integration. Much like a Systems/Software Requirements Specification (SRS), the Integration Requirements articulates the expected behavior and features of the integration project and related systems.
· Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements
· Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems
· Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Works under the direction of a project manager.
· Write, update, and maintain Business / System Integration Requirements Documentation
Skills and Qualifications could include but are not limited to:
• Demonstrated business analysis and/or systems analysis experience
• Technology background is considered an asset
• Undergraduate degree.
• CBAP designation
· SAFE 5.0 Certification
7+ years of relevant experience in this role – Preferably with a recognized professional certification.
