Working conditions
This is a permanent full-time position, working remotely, and may be required to come to the office occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Set a clear strategy and craft an inspiring roadmap for accelerating adoption of Shoplazza Product for both consumers and sellers
- Identify opportunities, develop perspectives, and prioritize the most impactful experiences we should be building
- Work in close collaboration with the Shoplazza Engineer and UX desinger teams to ship amazing experiences, at scale
- Optimize for execution velocity, making tactical tradeoffs between business priorities and resources
Qualifications and requirements
- 5+ years of product management or related experience.
- 2+ years working experience in Saas product related industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
- Comfort with ambiguity coupled with the ability to independently solve problems without well-defined direction
- Ability to earn trust from and lead a high performing cross-functional team
- A humble and scrappy get-it-done mindset
- Strong business sense and analytical skills.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
