Job description

NODAJI ENTERPRISES LTD. dba KIN SUSHI in West Vancouver seeks a Permanent and F/T Cook.

Duties:
– Prepare and cook Japanese dishes such as Teriyaki, Tempura, Bento, Gyoja, etc.
– Prepare and make sauces for cooking
– Improve and suggest menu
– Monitor food stocks and kitchen supplies
– Estimate food requirements and cost.
– Supervise and train kitchen helpers.

Requirements:
Completion of secondary school
2~3 years of work experience in commercial cooking
Basic English

Job Location: #113-1760 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, B.C. V7V 1J4
Wage: $20~$22/hour, 30~40 hours/week
