Your Role:

As a Junior HR Specialist at BMI youll be at the forefront of our Human Resources initiatives helping to optimize team member engagement productivity and efficiency. We believe in your potential so no experience or formal credentials are required . All we ask for is your unyielding passion for the humanities side of business and a genuine love for technology. Well provide the training and mentorship you need to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Administer talent acquisition and recruitment campaigns for both internal needs and external client requests.
  
• Track analyze and report team member performance analytics.
• Leverage our existing Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and other HR software to optimize team member communication engagement productivity and efficiency.
  
• Participate in monthly performance evaluations of team members.
  
• Collaborate with BMI clients to apply the same skills used internally to address their external HR objectives.
  
• Complete tasks related to setting up HR systems and streamlining HR processes for our clients.
  
• Collaborate to ensure the success of our social club events.
