Hawk's Agro, a JGL company, is a proud locally owned and operated independent agriculture retailer, based in seven locations throughout South Western Saskatchewan.  We are currently recruiting for a Sales Representative based out of our Central Butte, Saskatchewan location.  The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of the agriculture industry, as they will have primary contact with growers to promote and consult on a vast variety of products and services that are provided by our company.

Hawk's Agro has locations in Central Butte, Gravelbourg, Rouleau, Moose Jaw, Strongfield, Neville  and Swift Current.  Each location provides crop input and crop production services which include: crop protection and fertilizer sales, fertilizer blending, and Agronomy services.

As a Sales Representative at Hawk's Agro, you will work with head office and location staff as well as directly with growers to assist them in maximizing their business operations.

Duties & responsibilities:
Selling seed, fertilizer and crop protection products to new and existing customers
Identifying agronomic needs and helping customers in making good crop input decisions
Prospecting customers, building customer relationships and closing sales.
Providing basic crop input recommendations to customers
Being the primary contact for customers and managing customer accounts
Providing outstanding customer service and proactively engaging customers in discussing their crop input needs
Working with the sales and administration team to manage credit and collections
Leading and engaging with the location team on a daily basis

Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service or sales capacity
Experience in the agriculture industry
Post secondary education in agribusiness, business admin, or marketing
Exceptional communication & analytical skills
Strong technical, interpersonal and organizational skills
