Bilingual Recruiter responsibilities:
Hosting engaging job fairs and events to attract top talent.
Visiting schools to educate fresh graduates about exciting career opportunities.
Conducting screenings, interviews, and making job offers to qualified candidates.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and stakeholder.
Traveling throughout Ontario as needed to meet recruitment goals.
Bilingual Recruiter Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in both English and French (written and verbal).
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience is similar field.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
