Responsibilities
Review of operational support with recommendations for efficiencies, particularly in rural NL.
Review of difficult to fill operational roles, outline recommendations for both organizations to meet their accountabilities (e.g., cyber security functions).
Review of 7x24x365 operational response requirements, provide recommendations.
Review of back-end functions, such as data centers, networking, and licensing with recommendations for efficiencies.
Ensure alignment with HCS and NLHS requirements, with recommendations as identified.
Status and milestone reporting to Executive (at a schedule and format to be determined at the beginning of the engagement).
A detailed written report, including clear recommendations for efficiencies.
Technical and business architecture diagramming to supplement written reports (ideally documenting both current and future state).
Final presentation to Executive of findings and recommendations
Qualifications
The primary consultant on this engagement must demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years senior consulting experience.
Any additional consultants proposed must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years consulting experience.
NICE TO HAVE
Good to have AWS Certification is desirable.
