Tasks and responsabilities
Develop innovative features and improvements for CONFORMiT products in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.
Ensure that our AI-powered features continue to adapt to increasing numbers of users and data per customer.
Design, deploy, and integrate custom machine learning models to solve specific problems for clients.
Collaborate on architectural and technological choices required for features.
Understand where machine learning can be employed to solve technical problems for clients.
Design code that adheres to our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a large-scale web environment.
Support and enforce these standards during code reviews.
Promote improved quality, security, and performance of products.
Participate in the technical documentation of your team.
Identify obstacles to your team’s effectiveness and propose and implement solutions.
Your profile
Required Qualifications
building AI-powered products or developing an AI infrastructure.
Proven knowledge of fundamental principles of machine learning and AI: types of models and their use (RandomForests, SVM, kNN, k-means, DBSCAN, etc.).
You have practical experience in training and calibrating models.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, MXNet, etc.
Excellent understanding of algorithms.
Good understanding of the nuances of developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.
Significant professional experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to Python, C#, and JavaScript.
Required Skills and Abilities
Comfortable working in a highly agile and intensely iterative software development process.
Positive and solution-oriented mindset.
The Plus Stay up-to-date on recent advances in AI and machine learning.
A master’s or doctoral degree in machine learning, AI, or a related field.
Passionate and skilled at learning new programming languages and paradigms.
Experience in NLP. Experience in computer vision.
