Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Growth Marketer to join our team at Rankbreeze. In this role you will be at the forefront of our growth initiatives working to drive user acquisition engagement and retention through a mix of creative marketing strategies and datadriven insights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling software products a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to acquire and retain users with a focus on achieving scalable and sustainable growth.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative marketing materials that resonate with our target audience and drive conversions.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize our online presence through targeted SEO and SEM campaigns improving our visibility in search engine results and increasing organic traffic.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Optimize the conversion paths within our website. This includes A/B testing landing pages signup processes and user onboarding to improve conversion rates.
- Email Marketing: Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns including segmentation personalization and A/B testing to increase engagement and customer loyalty.
- Social Media and Community Management: Engage with our community across social media platforms fostering relationships and promoting our brand through creative and interactive content.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry influencers complementary brands and other stakeholders to expand our reach and influence.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in growth marketing preferably in the software or hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Mixpanel).
- Experience with SEO SEM social media email marketing and content marketing.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a high level of initiative and drive.
