We are currently looking for a production supervisor to join the team of a leader in sheet metal transformation in projects related to commercial and industrial construction.

- Working hours 5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Finish Friday at 11:30 a.m.
- Entry salary between $75,000 and $82,000

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities as Metal Production Supervisor
- Participate in the hiring of production employees.
- Ensure employee training.
- See to job evaluation, employee management and time management.
- See to the application of the company's occupational health and safety rules in the plant.
- See to the application of the collective agreement.
- Participate in the occupational health and safety committee.
- Participate in meetings between employer and union.
- Assign tasks.
- Plan all production operations.
- Production management in punctual mode
- Rigorous management of delivery dates
- Participate in the purchase of raw materials, consumables and components
- See to the maintenance of production equipment.
- Advise the director of operations of the company.
Qualifications
Qualifications required for the position for the Metal Production Supervisor
- DES and/or training related to the field of metallurgy
- Experience in managing production staff (3-5 years and more)
- Experience in sheet metal
- Fluency with computers
- Ability to write reports
