Description

Immediate start date for permanent full time parts department and service advisor with Cryogenic experience in a shop environment. We are looking for someone with Cryogenic parts and sales experience or someone with Cryogenic experience that is willing to learn the administration side to sales and parts.

Responsibilities Include: - Engagement in the activities in the shop and translate that into work orders, ordering parts, inspections, and customer service. - Answering phones and emails for the shop in a timely manner. - Sending relevant information and documentation to appropriate parties. - Processing daily customer orders, shop work orders, shipping and receiving, and ordering of parts in a timely manner. - Greeting and assisting customers by phone, over the counter, and email. (Example: Inquiries, ordering parts, and estimated time of completion/arrival) - Staying on top of purchase orders, back orders, and sales work orders on inFlow. - Generate Work orders from a manila work sheet, related employee work records and inspection forms. - Ensuring all parts and time are invoiced / added to work orders. - Entering receiving materials into inFlow – name/description of the part, price paid, mark up, and other relevant information. - Ensuring specifications, quantity and quality of the orders received and to be shipped out are correct/exceptional. - Ensure inventory levels of products and parts are kept in stock. (Example: welding supplies, welding gases, tubing, and tube fittings) are in-stock. - Ensure parts room supplies are stocked and maintained. - Maintain/stock basic shop supplies. - Ensure parts room and shop desk orderly/tidied. - Researching vendors for parts, prices, shipping, and eta. - Supporting service department with all their part needs.

An asset to this position includes but are not limited to: - Experience with inFlow program. - Basic shipping & receiving duties – pricing out parts, ordering, handling couriers, documenting incoming and outgoing, etc. - Previous experience in cryogenic tanks / repair or heavy-duty mechanics. - Ability to ensure inventory control and levels are adequate for current work in progress and forthcoming projects - Organized and efficient with paperwork - Competent computer skills for accurate typing and software management - Maintain a professional image for meeting our customers in person and by telephone - Ability to process sales orders accurately and completely

Job is in a shop environment. Transportation to the job site is not provided. No evening or weekend work. 8:00-4:30pm Mon-Fri, with 1/2 hr lunch. Benefits start after 3 months (Extended health care and dental care). Pay is dependent on experience.
