Location: Aurora Ontario
Shift: 12Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $18$19 per hour
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of bakery items including bread pastries cakes and cookies ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
- Follow established recipes and formulas to achieve consistency in flavor texture and appearance of baked goods.
- Accurately measure and combine ingredients using proper mixing techniques to create doughs and batters.
- Operate and monitor baking equipment ensuring proper temperatures and bake times to achieve optimal results.
- Inspect finished products for quality taste and presentation making adjustments as needed to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Regularly clean and sanitize baking equipment.
- Assist in managing ingredient inventory notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Work collaboratively with other team members including kitchen staff and management to ensure a smooth and efficient baking process.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing customer inquiries related to baked goods.
- Be open to learning new recipes and techniques and adapt to changes in production requirements.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Mixer in a commercial bakery setting.
- Knowledge of baking techniques equipment and ingredients.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
