We are looking to build a strong, service-focused team with a passion for live music and a desire to provide exceptional hospitality to our guests, artists and fellow team members. Our Service Hosts are the faces of guest interactions and pillars of hospitality. They are the givers of food, pourers of drinks, the minglers, and host of the evening's events. With our fast, casual format no day may be the same but the ability to improve experiences in our space will always be a priority.
- Providing exceptional hospitality to all those who you interact with
- Sharing a thorough knowledge of our local food and beverage offerings which change periodically
- Serving tables, running service bar counter, and completing transactions
- Assist other teams with operations as required for the smooth running of the venue and shows
- Contribute to improving the quality of service and employee productivity with your amazing personality!
- Completing cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed
- Adhering to proper alcohol and food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage and food items.

- Outstanding hospitality and customer service based around strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Firm understanding of team-based work environments
- Personal passion for live music and its promotion
- Desire to learn and educate others on the products and offerings in the venue
- Enthusiasm for creating something new and the development that comes with innovation
- Adaptive skills that can be used of a variety of aspects of the business
- Glowing references from previous employers would be a bonus!
What we need you to have …
- Minimum of 1 year of hospitality / serving experience
- Serving it Right
- FoodSafe Certificate (preferred)
- Right to work in Canada
- Ability to work on your feet for a full shift
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds regularly
