- Manage the administration and technicalities of High-rise Residential projects ensuring company and project , standard processes, procedures and policies are followed.
- Collaborate with Senior management
- Estimate the resources and personnel required to achieve project goals.
- Draft and Submit budget proposals
- Maintain comprehensive budgets, monitoring and managing costs on actuals versus budget manage project staff through on-going performance management/development including the Project Coordinator.
- Lead negotiation of contract negotiation and awards with support from the Director and Senior Vice President.
- Create schedule for the Design Studio to follow to ensure charts are on site meeting the site's needs.
- Review and provide analysis of drawings and specifications ensuring communication to the project team including site staff, trades etc.

The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 8-10 years of High Rise Residential Project Management experience in the Ontario Market.
- Worked with Developers in the past
- Skills on how to bring a project from Site Plan Approval, working drawings to starting the project and building themselves- self performing
- knowledge of the Health and Safety act
- Experience in handling large construction contracts involving developers and general contractors.
- Have 1-2 full cycle experience in Canada
